Helping You Navigate Life's Challenges

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or maybe unsure about what comes next, you’re not alone. Life can ask a lot from us, and it’s okay to not have all the answers. In therapy, we’ll explore those questions together with curiosity, self-compassion, and a focus on finding more calm and balance. When you're ready, I'm here to help.

About

Helping you step into your best self, one session at a time.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and board-approved clinical supervisor who enjoys working with Gen Z clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and stress related to school or life transitions. My counseling style is highly relational and collaborative, and if the term Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) resonates with you, I've got you. I show up as my genuine self; human, not robotic. A sense of humor and genuine connection are both necessary ingredients. I’m not here to diagnose you as broken or lecture you on your screen time, I’m just here to help you navigate the chaos of being a human in 2026. I look forward to working with you! Additionally, I'm passionate about supporting individuals, their families, and caregivers affected by disabilities or rare diagnoses. Outside of work, I dedicate time to raising awareness and advocating for disabilities, rare disorders, neurodiversity, and inclusivity, while also helping others navigate community resources and access the additional support they may need.
