I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and board-approved clinical supervisor who works with teens, young adults, women, and caregivers navigating life’s challenges. My counseling style is highly relational and collaborative, and if the term Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) resonates with you, I've got you. I show up as my genuine self; human, not robotic. A sense of humor and genuine connection are both necessary ingredients. I believe each person has the inner resources to heal and thrive. Using a balanced approach, I integrate mind-body awareness with reflective talk therapy to support emotional awareness and nurture growth from the inside out. While insight is important in therapy and often lays the foundation for change, healing requires more than understanding alone. We can often explain our thoughts and emotions without fully feeling them. In our work together, we’ll gently reconnect insight with emotion to support your nervous system, allowing your body to process what your mind already knows. I look forward to working with you!
